98% of people accessing our 4Es to Employment Course have gone on to access volunteering, training or found employment as a result.
Our 4Es to Employment programme is designed to empower individuals by helping build self-confidence and self-esteem.
- Each course is limited to 12 people, meaning we have time to get to know each participant and can design sessions around their specific needs.
- We spend time understanding each participant’s personal circumstances, employment history and where they are on their journey to finding work.
- We recognise that some people will be closer than others to finding employment and so we also explore options such as volunteering and work experience.
