We provide a support service for rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping to ensure they receive the help they need.
Our specialist team provide floating outreach support to service users. This includes:
- Practical and emotional support for clients who have been homeless and are now living independently.
- It helps support those who are at risk of re-entering the homeless pathway and therefore need early intervention support.
- We follow a housing-first model in terms of the support we deliver, with our clients able to then access our wide range of other support services and programmes.
