Although we rely heavily on volunteers for most of our work, we do sometimes have paid roles on certain projects. Below are our currently available paid roles.
This role is within the Building Family Bridges project with responsibility for providing continuous support and one-to-one mentoring and guidance for male participants to ensure they engage with the project and make progress towards their long-term employment goals.
The Building Family Bridges project is designed to improve the prospects of families with complex needs in Berkshire by addressing the barriers that prevent them from entering and sustaining employment. The Workers’ Educational Association (WEA) leads a strong partnership of experiences organisations to deliver the project into the heart of communities. Browns Community Services is a case-holder within the partnership.
Location: Home-based / Wokingham, Bracknell and a small part of West Berkshire
Hours: 16 hours per week
