Our 3Es to Wellbeing course works with clients to develop positive mental health. We promote healthy lifestyle choices by looking at Wellbeing, Welfare, and Wellness.
Our 3Es to wellbeing programme is:
- Delivered over six weeks for one day a week.
- Designed to look at the stresses of everyday life, helping participants understand how to manage them better, including when at work.
- We examine how negative behaviour patterns can have an impact on our physical health, mental health and wellbeing. These include behaviours such as socially isolating, not eating well, self-medicating, abusing substances, smoking and not exercising.
- In group sessions, we encourage clients to work with and learn from each other, looking at how to make and maintain positive changes in their lives.
