We hand select our team and actively look to recruit staff with lived experiences.

As Browns Community Services continues to expand this is an exciting time to join us. We invest in our staff and help them to discover their true potential.

We’re big on training and development and believe in promoting from within the company. All of our staff share our passion for helping disadvantaged and vulnerable adults and families to turn their lives around.

"My first week induction was incredibly organised and enjoyable. I felt supported and everything was explained in fine detail. The transition into my new role was so easy for me and that is solely based on how efficient my induction was. I am so excited to continue my career development with Browns, and I feel privileged to be part of such an amazing and proactive company."
