We ensure that all our staff members are prepared for and supported in their role.
We have a robust training programme in place for all our volunteers and paid staff.
A role with us starts with a detailed 3-day Induction programme - including DBS check, safeguarding, privacy, GDPR, equality and diversity training.
We then provide further training around extremism, mental health and drug awareness. We ensure that any additional training is also delivered in line with any project you're involved with delivering.
We are proud that some of our volunteers were even nominated for North Surrey Volunteer of the Year Awards.
